More planning security for your customers thanks to realistic costing

Customers want transparent and detailed advice, especially when it comes to financing and tax issues. That’s why we continuously optimize the calculation options that Investagon offers your sales team.

Since the latest update, the calculation is based on calendar years. Investagon users also have more flexibility with regard to the period under consideration and can freely select purchase, rental and sale dates. This creates an even more precise picture that comes much closer to actual investment practice and thus takes your advice to a new level.

The changes mean that the sales department can depict realistic scenarios even better. For example, an observation period of 12 years can be selected for listed properties in order to show the tax advantage of amortizing the refurbishment costs over the entire amortization period.

Further setting options will be available to you in the course of the year. The previous functions can still be used for existing consulting processes.

Fewer queries thanks to individual reservation documents

Each sales organization has individual requirements for the management of its documents relating to properties and the reservation and sales process. For example, documents that are considered mandatory for one sales team are optional for other teams.

As a result, document storage within Investagon can now be used much more flexibly. Users can now decide for themselves which reservation documents are mandatory for their organization. This speeds up the process and allows you to tailor the reservation process to the needs of your company and your customers.

Work faster thanks to new menu navigation

Investagon is a tool designed to relieve you and your team of manual tasks and simplify your day-to-day work and is known for its intuitive user interface. To better support your processes, we have optimized the navigation in Investagon.

The new navigation guides you to your destination more quickly, especially if you are managing many projects in parallel: Your most important modules such as “My organization”, network and objects are now logically grouped and directly accessible. This saves you clicks and gives you a better overview. As a result, working with Investagon is more structured and faster.

  • My organization: Here you will find setting options for the calculation, the search agent analysis and the change log.
  • My network, which used to be “your network”

Project management and the Immoframe can still be found under the “Object data” item.

As usual, you will find the documents from providers and your own processing documents under Documents.

Better cooperation through transparent sales prices

With the updates in Investagon, we are not only improving the user experience, but also implementing functions that sales organizations need on a day-to-day basis. The ability to share properties with a selling price was often requested.

This option is now available to sales teams. For properties in your network, you can now enter the selling price as well as the commission. Your partners can use this to individually define their sales price. The difference minus the sales tax is then the commission.

This new function gives you more opportunities to customize your collaboration with partners and gain trust through openness and transparency.
