Data import via API

The more data flows into the tool, the higher the data quality and the better the properties can be presented. “Investagon really makes work a lot easier, especially for larger projects with up to 100 units,” says Doreen. “Without the software, we or our partners would have to prepare each unit individually,” she explains.

The software also allows Doreen to enter large volumes of data efficiently and in a structured manner. The exchange with other software solutions and the import from other companies is easily possible via API interfaces.

Comprehensive data such as addresses or commission rates can be stored for the entire project. Individual units are organized in tables whose logic is based on Excel.

Working with sales partners throughout Germany

Immoheld offers real estate in various asset classes throughout Germany. To this end, the company works with a strong partner network which is managed by Nila Anwar, among others. The Operations Manager handles real estate sales in the B2B sector.

Investagon is indispensable for their daily work: “Above all, the software simplifies communication and processes with partners. Instead of constantly picking up the phone, our sales partners can use the software to independently view the availability of properties and important financing parameters.”

Immoheld partners use the software to go through their calculations with clients. Nila explains: “Our partners can use the platform with their own logo and present properties directly from the tool during client meetings. For example, they can show how the financing costs will develop over a period of 15 or 30 years.”

Keep an eye on documents and reservations

Investagon also simplifies the handling of documents. Sales partners can upload documents to the tool themselves and link them to a reservation. “Providers can then see at a glance whether all documents are complete. This saves annoying intermediate steps via file storage systems such as Dropbox and nobody has to worry about the correct naming or storage location,” summarizes the Operations Manager.

Once all documents and property data have been entered, sales partners and customers can find all the important key data for a property directly in the tool and do not have to scroll through pages of exposés.

If a sales partner discovers during a customer meeting that a property does not meet the buyer’s expectations, he can immediately find alternatives using the search function.

Once the property has been sold, he can change the status from “Reservation” to “Notary appointment” and the vendor is automatically informed of the progress.
