Before working with Investagon, Immo Hub used an Excel-based solution for profitability calculations. Data was transferred manually into an Excel spreadsheet. On the one hand, this took a lot of time and on the other hand, errors could not be ruled out.
„It took a lot of manpower and manual effort to transfer the KPIs of each individual property to the Excel list. Not everyone always had time for this,“ explains Managing Director Robin Tobermann. In addition, customer communication was not ideal: some customers brought in their own calculations, which could lead to misunderstandings.
There was a lack of a central platform that enabled a clear and comprehensible presentation of all relevant data. Robin found what she was looking for at one of her sales partners, Immoheld, who were already using Investagon: „I found the brand exciting and looked at the advisory process and the tool behind it. Inspired by digital consulting, the Immo Hub team also gradually switched from Excel to Investagon’s sales software at the end of 2023.

How Immo Hub uses the Investagon software in everyday life
Since mid-2024, Investagon has had an interface to the company’s broker software, meaning that brokers can now also work with the tool and transfer their properties directly to the sales platform. The properties are created in Propstack, with which Investagon integrates seamlessly.
All relevant property data, calculations and exposés come together in Investagon and can be shared directly with customers or financing advisors from there , as if from a data room. „This makes our work very relaxed,“ says Tobermann.
Which processes have changed with Investagon?
On the one hand, Investagon has made communication with customers easier. They can use Investagon to go through figures, data and facts at their leisure. „Our customers can easily calculate their investment themselves in the tool and, for example, draw up their own worst-case calculation,“ says the Managing Director.
On the other hand, his team saves time when communicating with financial advisors. Property cases do not have to be explained at great length. „We don’t need a thousand different tools, we simply share an Investagon link with our financing partners, where all the relevant documents and calculations are available. That’s better than any email summary.“
Less Excel, more efficiency
