Challenge: Transparency and structure for complex sales

The INVENIO team supports investors throughout Germany in their search for suitable investment properties for their asset accumulation and focuses on co-living projects in the Big 7 cities.

Wiedemann and Roßkopf pursue a special sales strategy: residential complexes in sought-after locations are divided into individual residential units , modernized and sold on to end customers. Independent estate agents, financial service providers and real estate consultants present these properties to investors and provide them with all the investment data they need to make an informed decision. The company also opened a second location in Stuttgart in 2023.

The software from Investagon has made day-to-day work at INVENIO much easier. The following functions, among others, contribute to this:

Around 50 INVENIO employees and partners are currently working with the software solution from Investagon. They particularly appreciate the transparent presentation of all relevant key figures and sales processes and the clear organization of documents – in all phases from purchase preparation and financing to the notary appointment.

This clarity is particularly relevant for investors. “For end customers, the presentation of their potential investment is extremely important. Investagon offers very good options for this. The figures behind the tool and the visual presentation in the form of charts and tables show very clearly why a property pays off and whether it is worth buying,” emphasizes Johannes Wiedemann.

The tool not only creates transparency for customers, but also helps sales staff to ensure that no sales opportunities are missed. They can see at a glance which property is in which phase and how they can support their customers beyond that. “Our team can also store search requests for investors so that customers are immediately informed about new projects.

Once an investor has found a suitable property, INVENIO employees can conveniently distribute all the necessary documents for the financing and purchase to the right partners efficiently and securely without having to leave the software. “This is much more efficient than organizing documents via a cloud repository, for example,” says Wiedemann.

Outlook: Even more automation in sales

“We value the tool because it allows us to create transparency for sales and customers,” concludes the Managing Director. There is no question that his team will continue to work with Investagon in the future. INVENIO plans to integrate Investagon even more deeply into the company’s processes in the future. The next steps are to link it with the CRM system and automate property key figures and purchase agreement processes.
