“For a long time, we worked without special software and instead handled a lot of things through cooperation. But as the number of properties increased, we realized that this no longer worked,” says Managing Director Thomas Knedel. He therefore set out to find a solution that would enable his team to manage and market the properties efficiently.

After an initial demo session, which provided an overview of the most important functions, the Triamis employees were able to work independently with the software and enter their first objects. “The software’s functions are very comprehensive, but thanks to the support from Investagon Support, we quickly found our way around and always had someone to contact if we had any questions,” says Knedel.

He particularly emphasizes the fact that his team can provide feedback at any time and that requests for new functions are often fulfilled within a few weeks.

How Investagon makes day-to-day sales easier at Triamis

Since Investagon was implemented at Triamis, the team has been using the software on a daily basis to manage properties and the associated documents. The integrated calculation tool is a real added value. Both Triamis employees and external consultants make frequent use of it.

“The calculation tool in the Investagon software saves us an enormous amount of time,” reports the Triamis Managing Director. “It is clear and easy to use. The sales staff can use many default settings or change important parameters at the touch of a button. This has the advantage that they can quickly and clearly calculate different scenarios for our customers, for example when it comes to depreciation.”

In addition, document management represents a huge improvement in internal processes. Previously, Triamis used tools such as Dropbox, but these did not offer enough functions for efficient collaboration. Now all documents are stored in a structured way, which makes teamwork much easier.

Sharing property information has also become easier. “Investagon has a very intelligent solution for sharing links so that we can share projects quickly and efficiently with our partners,” says Knedel.

Growing and scaling with Investagon

“The most important thing for us is that all properties are properly entered and the documents are correctly assigned. This works perfectly with Investagon,” says the Triamis Managing Director, summarizing the most important advantages of the tool for his team. And thanks to the clear structure and intelligent functions, the team has more time to concentrate on the essentials: selling and advising customers.

The implementation of Investagon was just the beginning for Triamis on the road to strong sales. The team is currently managing two to three properties in parallel using the software, but the number is set to rise to ten to 15 projects by 2025. “With Investagon, we are ready to scale our business further and work even more efficiently,” emphasizes Knedel.
