The correct display of the availability status of real estate units is crucial for efficient real estate management.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previously, the status of the units in Investagon was indicated as &#8220;On request&#8221;, which led to ambiguities regarding the actual bookability.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investagon has responded to this feedback and introduced the &#8220;Availability&#8221; column. Users can now choose between two clearly defined display options: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Live:<\/strong> Units that can be booked immediately are marked as &#8220;Live&#8221; in the unit table and on the property details page to reflect immediate availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <strong>On request:<\/strong> This setting means that the unit is potentially available but confirmation is required. This is clearly displayed both in the unit table and on the object details page.   <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This new differentiated status display ensures transparent communication with investors and provides a precise overview of the actual booking conditions.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. extended flexibility by releasing the slider limits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A critical point for our users in the past was the limitation imposed by the sliders in the interface. These sliders did not allow values to be entered outside the specified range.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to offer our users more flexibility, we have removed this restriction. It is now possible to enter the values directly manually, even if they exceed the maximum or minimum of the predefined slider limits.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By clicking on the display field, you can enter the desired value manually and our software will process it immediately.
