1. maximum transparency through customized status displays
Which properties are available and which require confirmation? The correct display of the availability status of real estate units is crucial for efficient real estate management.
Previously, the status of the units in Investagon was indicated as “On request”, which led to ambiguities regarding the actual bookability.
Investagon has responded to this feedback and introduced the “Availability” column. Users can now choose between two clearly defined display options:
- Live: Units that can be booked immediately are marked as “Live” in the unit table and on the property details page to reflect immediate availability.
- On request: This setting means that the unit is potentially available but confirmation is required. This is clearly displayed both in the unit table and on the object details page.
This new differentiated status display ensures transparent communication with investors and provides a precise overview of the actual booking conditions.
2. extended flexibility by releasing the slider limits
A critical point for our users in the past was the limitation imposed by the sliders in the interface. These sliders did not allow values to be entered outside the specified range.
In order to offer our users more flexibility, we have removed this restriction. It is now possible to enter the values directly manually, even if they exceed the maximum or minimum of the predefined slider limits.
By clicking on the display field, you can enter the desired value manually and our software will process it immediately. This enables a more individual and precise analysis and calculation.
3. optimized user rights management with new category
In order to adapt our software even more closely to the reality of our users’ work processes, we have introduced the user rights category “Manager (users & objects)”.
This new category offers extended authorizations that go beyond those of the sales manager. It enables
- the editing of object data,
- the creation of new users and
- the viewing of reservations.
With this additional category, we create a clearer separation of responsibilities, allowing sales managers to focus on sales, while the more complex administrative and authorization-specific tasks fall under the manager’s remit.
